Team Do ended 2023 by competing in 2 regional bonspiels
In the Capital Curling Rideau Open – Junior event (Nov 25-26) they placed 4th with a 2-2 record. At the U15 Cash on the Wall Bonspiel held in Pembroke on Dec 2nd, they finished 3rd with a 1-1 record and won the overall team competition, drawing on the button
Team Do starts 2024 on a strong note
Congratulations to Huntley’s Team Do for taking the first-place at Prescott’s U15 FORT TOWN SHOWDOWN January 6th. The boys worked steadily together to take and hold their lead over 9 other out of town and 2 host teams. A funtastic way to kick off 2024! Keep smiling and enjoying the experience boys. Team Frlan starting 2024 in the thick of things
Huntley’s Team Frlan will be competing in the Women’s U18 Ontario Provincial Curling Championship that starts this Wednesday Jan 10th in Ottawa at the RCMP curling club. After a full round robin between eight teams, the top three will make the Sunday playoffs. Top two teams from that go on to the U18 Nationals also being held in Ottawa in early February.
