The Metro League for Competitive Ladies Teams has been running for 59 years in the Ottawa area. This coming season the Rideau CC is hosting the 10-week schedule, from October to December 2023. Matches occur Friday mornings at 9:30. So far 8 regional clubs have registered to participate.
